Getting Soundtrack DLC without the game.

I have a very specific question regarding that DLC with Soundtrack. Last week I shared my experience about Hollow Knight, in my opinion the best game of 2017 so far hohoho ^o^, and its awesome soundtrack with my friend. The trick is my friend is blind, so the only thing he could get from you game was the soundtrack - He realy liked the Hornet boss theme and when I sent him a link to Mantis Lords boss theme he stated that the dude who composed it is now his master.

My friend, which we will call him "Tom" for the purpose of this topic/question/thingy (and becouse it IS his name lol), is involved in couple of projects regarding sound effects and music and making games for everyone, even blind - crazy stuff like that. So he asked me to find the soundtrack in FLAC format (before his question I didnt even know something like this exists :D). But buying the game for him is kinda pointless since he is blind and stuff (and HK is a freakin hard game even for those who can see stuff).

My question: Is it possible to buy only OST on Steam for his Steam Account or from other sources or something?

I dont know about only buying the OST on Steam , but you can buy the OST on the Composers Bandcamp. Formarts also include FLAC.

Yep, I totally agree to FireFox. If your friend is interested in sound design or anything like that, than he will love bandcamp! You can choose from so many different file types, encodings and bitrates there.
