There is a room with some of the diving enemys right before you go into resting grounds taking the elevator, is there anything else to this room?

You will find out later in the game. It's accessed from the other side, in Kingdom's Edge.

I'm not sure what room you're referring to here. If you're talking about a room directly above King's Station, did you fill out the map so that there are no unexplored passages? If so, then there shouldn't be anything else. If there's an unexplored passage leading up from the room directly before the Resting Grounds elevator, that's something you can do (you will get a collectible for beating an enemy room).

I don't recall there being any diving enemies in those rooms however. If you're talking about a room to the right of King's Station, then 4thQueen's comment above is relevant.

He means the area accessed through the rightmost large elevator shaft, the one leading to the Resting Grounds. The room he refers to is actually part of Kingdom's Edge, but can be accessed from the shaft which is considered in the City.

the way to the kingdoms edge is either through deepnest/ancitent basin tram or broken stag way in Kings Pass
