How to get Grub in the hive

There is a hole in the ceiling of one of the room that is far too high to get to by just jumping. You can get to it by Super Dashing to right under the hole then jumping into it.

I climbed the right wall and super dashed to the left, than Monarch Winged my way up in to there.
