Gorgeous Husk I remember is in a secret room in the city area. You enter a house with lots of those fat eggman husks and in the secret back room there's a golden one.

Garpede is in the Deepnest in the area with the black gate. Its one of the bonus rooms near the tram (get there from Ancient Basin easiest) and I think you might need the shadow cloak to do it because of the gate.

I have no idea where the crawler was.

Crystal Crawlers are located in several rooms in Crystal Peak. You can't kill them using the nail, but you can kill them using your spells.

Go to Ancient Basin. Use the tram to go left. From there, head left and immediately go down at the first opportunity. It's in that room.

No clue but you're at 145/146 so you clearly missed something. Check against the list of enemies. There are four hidden corpses, I'm assuming you got all the bosses, and you're just looking for some rare enemy. I assume you did arenas already.
