Is there some kind of rhyme or reason behind it? Or is it just gibberish?

I am referring to the voice clips of course. Not written text (though the text we see in the teacher's archive machines doesn't make a damn bit of sense to me)

I know this is old but one reason why I'm here is because I am going through the game again, and thought they mixed a few languages for the voices one of them being Japanese. (And I actually do speak Japanese) though just with a few clips... And now I'm here and glad to see that I am not the only one that thought they heard Japanese.
