99% Woes! Missing 1 Soul Vessel Fragment!

Exactly as the title describes, I'm missing one soul vessel fragment. I've completed everything else, including the journal, but I just can't remember where I passed up a soul vessel because I couldn't figure out how to reach it at the time. I have a guide listed on the steam guides with all of the maps if anyone wants to see where I've been and if there is any random wall I missed. Thanks in advanced for any help.

Hi! I found all the soul vassels! Let my try to explain. I think there are 9.
1º you can buy 1 in the shop.
2º Afther find the shop key, in cristal peek you can but other.
3º in a fountain, in anciend vasin, you drop 3000, geo and get one pice.
4º as a rebard for collocting enought dream fragmends
5º in crosroads, afther activate the elevator in city of tears.
6º in deep neast, you star in the train rail starion, and you up, you find a place where you can jump down atack a centipede. in the end of that little area is the fragment
7º other in the stag nest, afther open all stations.
8º in a little area on top of king station, city of tears
9º

5. Stone Sanctuary in Greenpath (after fight with extremely creepy ghost)
6. Left to the elevator from City of Tears to Crossroads
7. Above King's Station near Elevator
8. Deepnest - not far from tram, sequence with moving centipede
9. Stag Nest (find all stag stations)

There's no reward for fighting the ghost in Stone Sanctuary other than essence, you can get the reward by simple platforming through the area. Furthermore, the reward for going through Stone Sanctuary is not a vessel fragment, but a mask shard.

Instead, the vessel fragment in Greenpath is located in a shortcut passage within the bottom-most passage of Greenpath:

TY all for the help. I ended up finding it a day or so after posting here. It was the one by the elevator to the Crossroads. I went back to every ♥♥♥♥ shaped room and eventually found it.
