Where did the banker go?
I had over 2,000 geo stored there and she's not at her post anymore.

You'll run into her eventually, but if you really wanna know, she's in the Pleasure House in the City of Tears. You need a Simple Key to open one of the doors in the chamber to the left of King's Station.
