91%, looking for last few charms and Vengeful Spirit Upgrade

There's my charms. In my inventory, I'm pretty sure the only other thing I'm missing is the Vengeful Spirit upgrade (unless there's upgrades to other items like there was to the cloak). I've also seen in some screenshots, Kingsoul is black instead of white. I don't know how to get that, either.

At this point I don't care if you just straight up tell me where they are, I've had enough fun finding everything else on my own.

You can go downwards from the ancient basin, now that you have the mark of the king.
There you'll find what you need to cross black beams.

I think it's helpful without giving away too much. Keep exploring you must have open paths in your map still!

The 3 on second row are sold from a shop in Fungal Wastes. Other missing charm is Deep Focus in Crystal Peak. http://imgur.com/a/mScZ4

For those who asked, you gain the ability to see your completion rating right before you fight the final boss. Just progress through the game, you'll know exactly when it happens so there's no danger of accidentally fighting the boss or anything.

Holy crap I talked to that fragile charm merchant a million times, and yet completely forgot about him once I started going for 100%. Thanks for the pictures. Hopefully I don't have much else to worry about after I get those.

What spell is Vengeful Spirit? I don't have it now but already got 2 spell upgrades that change the names. If it was the fireball spell then the upgrade is in Soul Sanctum behind locked door I think. Not sure where the down smash upgrade was.
