Cyclon Slash

I am sorry but I don't think I can get cyclon slash to work properly. It says you have to hold x and upon release press up. But it slashes only when I am stay still and when I press up. So how is this supposed to work? Is he jumping up and slash or only on the ground?

It will do Cyclone Slash by default without any directional inputs if you learned only Cyclone. When you learn more skills custom input will be required

Yeah, it was also the first weapon skill i got so i thought the devs changed the way it worked at one point and just forgot to change the description. But since the game is so open ended on how you progress for the most part you can end up getting Cyclone Slash before the one that "only" requires X to charge.

Also, if you mash the X button after you release you will get additional hits with Cyclone Slash.
