Stuck in Crystal Peak.

I came to this area right after I got the Dive but I didn't buy the lantern so now I have no way of leaving the area.

are there any of those pink mushrooms? you can do a plunging attack on them and they shoot you up in the air!

No, in Crystal Peak you fall down a hole to get into it but the devs made the walls angeled so you can't wall jump back up and the only way to get back is to have a lantern so you can pay the toll to open a gate back.

Yeah I'm considering doing that as well. Tried it a few times but I can never get the timing right so I'm taking a break before getting back to it.

Where to exactly? I can't really find a way out other than the dark area,

I just made it through the dark platforming area and it leads to a new grave zone. haven't found a stag station here yet though. Btw the "Too high up" one in the top right of the map you can actually get through if you attack bounce off a diagonal crystal (there's nothing up there to help getting out though)

Okey, I'm stuck as well...

The worst thing is that I don't have a lantern, so I can just constantly die in the dark area, already lost +2k out there. Crystal Heart is not enough to leave the area from the top left place of the map. The gap is too big in one place to just dash after the jump.

This is the perfect example of terrible level design.

Crystal Heart is the infinite dash, right? You can either start it from the ground or from a wall. So by definition there shouldn't be any gap that's too big to cross once you unlocked it. Especially in Crystal Peak since the area is designed for it!

Leaving is super easy : there is an obvious path that end up right in far east Dirtmouth and activate an elevator shortcut for easier come back later You should try that and...

...get the Lantern while you're there! I wouldn't recommend trying the dark area without it, you're better off spending 1800k for the Lantern in Dirtmouth rather than losing 2k attempting the impossible ! =)

If you're still stuck, head as far south / down as you can, and as far east (there's a tight platforming area before this with x2 crystal flies, good luck doing that without a lantern) and drop down an even bigger hole to a new area - it's called Resting Grounds.

The area is quite safe and you can also pick up the dream nail here.

I'm stuck in Crystal Peak too. I don't have a lantern and I constantly die in the dark area. I don't know where to go or what to do and I'm kind of desperate...:___(

1800 geo is 1.8k, 2k is 2000 geo! k=thousand.

Go up through the left part, then right, then back down a bit, you should reach the area with the Crystal Heart. After getting it, you'll need to exit via the Resting Grounds.

You don't have to go through the dark route to get out.

You need to get super dash which is in Crystal Peaks. Then you leave through the massive gap antsaws was talking about earlier. Poops you out at Dirtmouth.

Well, you still need to get to Resting Grounds sooner rather than later. There's only one other available entry point and it's not something you could discover even by accident.
