Nail Smith location?
The Mantis Lord fight is pretty hard, though an NPC informed me there is a nail smith to upgrade my stuff. Try as I might, I cant find this nail smith. Any clues?

Capital. With mantis claw, you can now reach it. Explore fungus wastes.
