No plans for local multiplayer at this time.
I hope it's something you'll consider. At the very least, it's worth implementing in the Nintendo Switch version.
We'll think about it but the game is very much a single-player experience.
I mean, it would have to be shoehorned into the story somehow.
I just don't understand why every single game in existence needs to be multiplayer. Some games are meant to be single player and to force it into a multiplayer mould makes it a worse game. Hey, why not make Witcher 3 local Coop and you can play as Geralt's Sword? I'll play as Geralt and go with a full magic build.
There are ways to make this game better, but multiplayer is not it.
And again, I don't want a coop campaign, i Just want two players at the same time.
