Possible Hornet DLC?

I was looking at the old kickstarter for this game (I discovered the game well after it got funded), and I saw that DLC for Hornet as a playable character was one of the reached stretch goals. Does anyone know if this is still happening, and if it is, when it will be coming? I loved the main campaign of Hollow Knight, played it 100% and all, and it would be cool to see what Hornet's campaign would be about, since the stretch goal did say that there would be new missions with her. Not to mention that having her moveset would be fun to play around with :)

From what I know, not that its a lot, they are working on ports and polish.
Need to finish the mac and linux ports. They also need to do the console/s. (im hoping for a PS4 port)

so it might be a bit before you see more.

One of our major Stretch Goals, playable Hornet, is currently being developed. Her move-set has largely been designed, but needs a lots of special attention to come together. Her adventure will be coming after launch.

Beyond Hornet's story, two more Backer Bosses, Backer Dungeons, and a very special new village, will be arriving later. This roll-out also means we’ll be keeping the game alive with new foes to encounter and new places to visit even after the game first launches.

I keep forgetting you can access Kickstarter updates ^^; Glad to know things are being worked on. The game is amazing as it is now, but this upcoming DLC will be the cherry on top (pun not intended)! Can't wait for it :D
