Elder Bug and Delicate Flower
Will i get the Achivment and the Mask Shard when i bring the Elderbug the Delicate Flower?

Erm, no. Why do you think you need to bring flower to Elderbug?

I saw a Video were the maker of the Video brought the Flower to the Elderbug and gave it to him as a present and i wanted to know if that would complet the quest too

You CAN bring the flower to the Elderbug, but it doesn't count as completing the quest. If you do this, you can go back to the Grey Mourner and she'll give you another flower.
