- use the save unpacker to edit your stats with notepad++, but it's not very safe as you might break things off if you dont know what you're doing. Just google DDDA save editor/unpacker, you should find it easily.
- or, and it's the safest/easiest way, use Dinput8.DLL.
It's a mod you'll find on nexus. There's a tab for editing your build in the mod. Just enter what vocation you wanted to level as and for how long and the mod will adjust your stats accordingly without any risk of breaking things. You even use it on a level 1 character to immediately give it any level you want with the exact build you want.
