Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
How to use multiple Mods?
Hello! There are so many awesome mods out there, but the main one I need to use is the sprint+inv. space mod. And the issue is, so many mods require me to overwrite and it'll disappear and I can no longer use and have to choose. Is there anyway I can bypass this?

You need this - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/modmanager/?

Ignore skyrim in that link, it is a link to the manager download for all modded games.
Wrong answer. DDDA is not the same as modding Skyrim, Nexus Mod Manager is useless.
Check this link. Gives you info on how to merge mods.

Running about 30 different mods right now and a simple compilation is all it took.

However it would be great if modders stopped using game-main.arc as their primary file and just use seperate files instead.
They can't edit another file cause game_main.arc is the file that have almost all game params.
Some modders give us the xml file so we can easily merge mods.

I see. Well then that is a problem.
I personally have no idea how merging mods work.
Looked at the tutorial the moment it came out and yet still till this very day i dont have a single clue on how it works.

Just all these different things you gotta do....
Confuses the hell out of me.
It's much easier than it looks. Put each mod in a separate folder, use the arctool to extract the game_main.arc file for each mod in its own folder. Check the mod page to find out which files that mod changes. Go to the location of those files in the mod's extracted game_main.arc and copy those files. Go to your primary game_main.arc (Either pick the game_main.arc from one of your mods as your base or copy the original game_main.arc from the game's directory and extract it) then copy the modified files into it. Repeat for every mod (ensuring the modified files are all being placed in the "base" game_main.arc from the previous step). Once you've got everything in there, use the arctool to repack the game_main.arc. Now take your merged game_main.arc and drop it in the game's directory. Boom, finished.

Try it with two easy to spot mods. Once you know how to merge two mods, then you know how to merge as many as you need. The no scar and underwear removal mods would be good choices as they're both immediately noticeable.

3 years late but we got the line breaks in there.

While this tool is great, you are wrong. You do need to still merge mods that affect the same archive like main_game. I'm sorry, to op, for having his thread ressed, and also because there is no easy way to mod ddda and this is just quite simply a fact. Use this tool, but do not use it when it comes to any mods affecting the main archives.
Actually It doesn't work at all for me.... I tried installing a mod and nothing changed I switched to Vortex and it worked....
