Slow walk forward on controller?

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but my character slowly walks forward when I press UP on the left stick, but walks at a normal pace in every other direction.

I have a wired XB360 controller and Win 10.
I calibrated my controller just in case, but I still can't walk forward normally (I have to walk slightly diagonal in order to walk at an adequate pace).

My weapons are also sheathed, in case that matters.

I know this was so long ago, but I am currently experiencing this same issue and don't remember having it ever before. Did you find a fix for it? I'm using a different controller so it's not that.

I bought a 3rd party controller (8 DDO, I think?). Seems to have taking care of it, but I only played for a few minutes just to test it out. I didn't have to walk diagonally forward like I was a sailing ship tacking against the wind.

You are a god send bro. I have been googling this issue for years. This problem has killed the momentum of this game for me many times and today I can finally give this game a chance thanks to this. Thank you!
