Capcom has not gotten their sh*t sorted in 4 years time?
This is literally everywhere in regards to Resident Evil 5 and they are having the same issues?!

Try rerunning the directx installer. Go into the game's steam folder, then click _CommonRedist and follow the obvious folder choices. The installer is called DXSETUP.
