Crashing on Loading Screen

Is what it is. I crash when I hit the load game or new game and go to the loading screen and the loading animation at the bottom right will start normally than it freezes and the game crashes. Same thing happens if I get through that, ill crash when switching zones. I have tried V-sync off, Verifying files and restarting computer, uninstall reinstall, drivers all updated. I don't know what to do. Here is the Text from the Crash Report.

Well the exception code 0xc0000005 is a access violation so let's start with:

1. Open System by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.

2.Click Advanced system settings. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

3.Under Performance, click Settings.

4.Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"

After that then I think it's (I haven't used Windows in a while) right click the windows start icon and find powershell admin. When the black box appears type sfc /scannow and hit enter. This will repair corrupt windows files and may take some time, so laptop make sure your power is plugged up and for both laptop a desktop don't start it if you don't have the time until you do. Same goes for the next tip.

Windows key + R and type mdsched.exe then hit yes or enter(not sure which comes up). Restart and check for problems, this will check your system ram for errors.

so I did the system scan and it repaired some corrupted files, also I checked my memory and all was fine. Still crashing at loading screens

Do the sfc scan again, just see if it comes back with corrupt files again.

It did not find any integrity problems. Game still crashes unfortunately.
