Unable to equip stored gear/Buy from shops

I recently defeated Daimon in Bitter Black Isle.After messing around a little bit I headed over to Gran Soren to change my vocation. I was a Ranger and I changed over to Warrior. I'm level 103,my Ranger is maxed and my Warrior is one level away from being maxed. Upon attempting to change my equipment I was only able to equip and use what was in my inventory prior to changing vocations. I cannot take out armor or weapons from storage or change equipment when in any of the inns.
I'm also unable to purchase most gear or items in shops.The only things I can buy seem to be items I had in my inventory prior to the vocation change.

I'm even unable to add oil to my lantern and my pawn cannot give me items.So I can't really play anymore..

I'm stumped,I don't know If I'm missing something obvious or if my game is bugged.I would really appreciate help with this. :/

You've likely installed a MOD that removes the weight limit. Your game has effectively become confused about your weight allowance. This possibly happens when your weight exceeds a threshold that the game wasn't designed to handle, the amount of items you're carrying at any one time exceeds a threshold that the game wasn't designed to handle or a half assed fail-safe that under normal circumstances would never be triggered (or some such).

I do have the increased carry weight mod on,I suppose that is it.This is the first I have seen this issue and I have had the mod for a while now.

Hopefully turning off the mod will fix the issue.

Thanks, may solve my problem too. I did notice after doing a large off load. It disappeared for a while;

Doing Reynard's wanting iron ore quest, now and he won't take the iron ore I have.

So I have loaded up on all ore samples out of bulk store.

While I was doing this the arisen refused some items but not others weird. Loaded my pawn with them So maybe IF I can find Reynard. I'll get it finished then do a bog out.

It may solve that as well???

I'm reasonably confident that selling off some of your inventory will resolve the issue.

This was what solved it for me every time. It seems to be that it sort of resets the mod, like it has to reinstate the weight value set by the mod or somethin when you sell. I have not delved into the code to figure it out myself but it seems like something like that is happening.
