How to find altar slates?

I go to the chests marked on map and only 4 contain slates :/ Tried reloading to no avail.

2. How to find altar slates? How about you mention quest name or something first?

Are you sure you go to the chest marked on the map? I mean, on the same level and all? If you have opened all chests and didn't find 5th slate that means you should get one completely empty chest. Is that the case?

1. I thought it's a bug.
2. The Watergod's Altar quest it's the only one where slates are.
3. I get one chest with random loot.

That means that either the marker or chest loot is bugged (reenter the map and see if something will change) or the chest you are looking for is on a different floor of the map.
