Magic bow availability

Anyone know the earliest level you can find/buy a magic bow? I don't want to switch to Magic archer too early if I can't get bow.

You can get a spellbow even at level 2. It takes a bit of effort naturally. And you become a Magick Archer at level 10.
Many peddlers have it. Aestella's sells one only Post-Game for instance, but Caxton's Armory at Gran Soren and Jayce at Devilfire Grove have one available from the start.

It can be found in chests too: eg Magian Crutch at the northern, Saurian infested shore of the river north from the capital or Terminal Gyre at the Leaper's Ledge. And there are chests at Bitterblack naturally...

BTW All chest content is RNG-ed from the finite lists (the length varies, from 1 to 5 and more possibilities) so you'd need to try few times.

Any junk pile can get you a rusted spellbow.

But that would be me, I'd simply go scum-looting bbi chests.

Or you can simply progress trough the game untill you find one (as a ranger would be a good pick, to build up stamina and unlock daggers utilitary skills), then switch to MA.

Follow the main quest and get to Grand Soren: ypu can buy a spellbow there.
You´ll be around level 12-15 at this point.

The black cat has a pretty good one. It's better than the bows availalbe as soon as you reach gran soren. And it repnisishes health, when you don't do anything. (you must stand and have your weapon sheathed.) Although, you'll get hit more heavily... And Black cat items are realy expensive! (but selling the monocle, you have in your bank from the start should get you enough money.)
