Literally any combination of enemies in BBI after his first form is defeated takes more effort to defeat. Especially last few "floors" before the sanctum.
Maybe we playing different games ? During my first battle with Diamon's true form i have used 12 wakestones ( git gut i know ). Only Fallen City ( 2 wyverns + living armors and eliminators ) is comparable to this. Rest of BBI is not even close.
First time around he was partially a challenge, but nowhere near the other enemies, especially big groups of them. This time I just used sorcerer and focused holy bolts, he was dead in no time, it's especially effective if he tries to charge his vortex attack. Never even managed to attack anyone.
Everything is easy with 4x periapts. If you fight as melee vocation with lvl 2 weapon and without cheesing - its not easy at all. And HFB spam is also cheap tactic )
I didn't even use periapts, he's super weak anyway. People tend to die when fighting him because he keeps jumping around a lot, not because he's strong. I'd rather fight 2 Daimons than 2 Firedrakes for that notice board quest.
Without periapts/blast arrows/other cheese you cant kill him "in no time" as you said. Even with gold lvl 3 weapon. Stop this bs already.
Fire drakes are super easy. Just take strider , climbing augments and chilling razors+gloves of might ( if you dont have framae yet ). Its not even comparable to Diamon without cheesing.
Why exactly are you trying to prove me something else than what I experienced? You are the one that came here saying you don't agree, nobody forces you to comment, I said what I saw. Everything takes more effort than him, maybe because he's alone, maybe because he's not that challenging, I stand at my point because I never have problems with him as compared to some other foes.
Thinking of it, death is probably the real boss in BBi, and Ur is the real boss of gransis.
