Pip stuck on the roof?
Is this a bug? On the quest "Land of Opportunity" I need to speak to Pip but he is on the roof... https://steamcommunity.com/id/7HX8967/screenshot/2456223158363570822/ I think it's to high to jump down from the wall... also how did he get up there? I think it's a bug. Already reloaded game to no effect.

edit: killing him doesn't help... but now I really want their family to be dumped from their home

edit2: blowing up the red barrel does not set their barn/house on fire... sad

It's normal. Jump onto the roof and talk to him.

You can climb the building in the foreground, so you can walk along the roof.
