Servers not working?

It's been 3 or 4 days that I always get connection error when trying to connect to servers.

same here. I always get put in offline mode.

Working fine for me. For whatever reason, connectivity to the game sometimes goes in and out. You can either keep trying to connect or you can still play the game off line unless the problem lies between your modem, ISP or whatever regional server steam has in place to cover your geographical location.

How do I force it to try to reconnect?

Weirdly, if I go to the rift I can see pawns from other players. But seems like the game outside the rift is not in online mode (yes I have online enabled)

Yeah it's not working. Every time I start the game I get the "connection failure" message. If enter the rift I also get that message. On the streets I don't see player pawns anymore.
But in the Rift, if I touch the stone and look at the "Top Ranked" or just use the search functions, it works. I can see the list of player pawns.... so this is very weird.

Its working for me. I had to go into Options and Tick Connectivity to Online from Offline. Make sure to Save the setting. Sometimes though, the game will put the setting back to Offline.
What I did to fix it is go into Settings. Change the Setting to Online. Save the Setting. Then Exit Game.
I then reopened the game and Online seems to work fine for me.
I'm from Australia though. Maybe the games server in bigger country is having stress issues due to huge resurgence of players.

Ok; I think I know what's going on... I'm playing on a ported save game from GOG to Steam. Something is wrong with my save. I may have been hallucinating thinking that at some point the connection was working on this savefile on Steam; maybe it was on a previous (native) steam save.
