Games with movement like this game
Kind of a strange request. You know how DD lets your character jump, grab and climb ledges, double jump, long jump while sprinting etc? I really like the exploration in this game because of all these things - the world is a huge joy to move around in and explore because of all this freedom of movement.

Dying Light has movement like this. They call it parkour. Whatever - I like the freedom of movement. The grappling hook helps too.

I'm looking for other games with similar mechanics like this. Let me know of any games you've played like this, and thanks.

Titanfall and Assassin's Creed series. And the whole Tomb Raider series of course.

DOOM Eternal, Dark Messiah and its inheritor Dishonored series are kinda like that - more like Dying Light.

Also heard new Star Wars game (Fallen Order) and Shadow Warrior 2 have pretty good platforming, but I did't play those so can't be sure.

If you the play style of this game as far as climbing large foes with nice visuals then check out some of the game play for this:

Most similar to DDDA... Monster Hunter World (same dev, engine/etc.)?
https://store.steampowered.com/app/582010

...or a game that takes freedom of movement to the logical extreme... (as mentioned above)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/230410

But as far as climbing large monsters... Praey ^_^ (likewise mentioned above, they are still adding bosses too)

Shadow of Colossus the remake if you have a PS4.
Pretty much like Praey for the Gods mentioned above which is good too and is hugely inspired from Shadow of Colossus and Zelda

Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of war.

Sticking with unmentioned games (so far)...

Attack on Titan. There's even a sequel and both come with the initially weird control schemes... just like Dragon's Dogma/MHW.

Exploration... Breath of the Wild? *cough* Genshin Impact *cough*

AER (strictly no combat)
