Trappings of Evil - bugged? (no, it isn't)

Can someone confirm that the quest works with upgraded pieces like in the console version? I have the whole set of 13 (the proper set of Grave, Shadow and Sin) but the quest doesn't trigger. Two pieces are dragonforged but according to the wiki it shouldn't matter. I don't know what else could be the problem, though. I already tried putting all the armor pieces into my inventory (even though it shouldn't matter also), purifying more gear afterwards, making the quest primary, nothing.

So, I finally managed to complete this garbage quest by getting new copies of the pieces I dragonforged earlier. Apparently it only works with fresh, unupgraded pieces. So beware.

So, i read somewhere last patch fixed the problem. Is it true? Because it is shame that the hardest quest in the game cant close

I can confirm you need 13 un-upgraded items to complete this request. I completed it about mid December, however it finally triggerd when I hired a pawn who was wearing the final un-upgraded item I needed. I didn't intend that, it was just a lucky fluke!

Thats good news. I upgrade those items cause I need them to play. To wait untill i have them all will take ages

Nether Helm - GR
Hood of Shadow - no upgrade
Grave Veil - no upgrade

Traitor's Armor - GR
Coat of Shadow - no upgrade
Grave Mantle - no upgrade

Sinner's Gauntlets - GR
Gauntlets of Shadow - no upgrade
Grave Claws - no upgrade

Betrayer's Greaves - GR
Boots of Shadow - no upgrade
Grave Greaves - no upgrade

Blasphemer's Cloak - no upgrade

Also, I did not keep the items in my inventory. Some were on my pawn, some on me and some in inventory.

I GR all Shadow Set for my pawn. She deserved it, cause all game we has only common items with low stats.

Btw i dont understand why this quest is so hard. You need to see Daimon for at least 15 times to get items. Ok, for me its not Problem cause i enjoy bbi, but to ppl who dont have much time could be Pain in The ass replaying those locations
