How do you get the White Hawk Tunic and Leggings?

The wiki Alon sells it after Of Merchants and Monsters, but he just doesn't. I've tried to buy it from him on two different playthroughs, once checking immediately after the quest and another well after.

You don't. It's not in the PC version of the game due to licensing issues.

There are silk tights from purifying Bitterblack Armor Lv 1. Not sure about shirts. Linen Shirt, maybe? Can't confirm from work.

Couldn't Capcom talk to the creators of Beserk again and simply as to renew the license so they could patch the armours back in? From my understanding the armours still exist in the games files and could be put back into the game but later Capcom patches them out. Surely Capcom can just go to the creators and ask them to use the armours again, like they already did for the two other releases of the game already?

Not really. Just like the japanese dub, it was removed from the game. it wasn't just a simple "hide the files" case here. In any case, I don't think it would be hard to renew the contract just to add the armors to the pc version, but maybe they are either not interested or there are complications unknown to us.

They probably could, but that would cost money. If the owner would even agree to it. The clever thing to do would have been to license it for the game and all re-releases, but that's not a popular way of doing business, it seems.
