Can i change my pawns look?

Is it possible to change the way my pawn look's.
Either in current game or in game+?

Yes.

When you start a NG+ You'll be able to change both yours and your own look/gender/etc.

Alternatively there is an item available from the rift merchant npc (Encampment, in the tent by the rift stone. Sells pawn related stuff in exchange for RC) that sells an item that'll let you change either yours or your pawn appearance. There is one that is one time only (5k RC) and one that is unlimited (10k RC), can't remember when the 10k actually shows up, I think it might be post-game. Note once you've used this item you'll need to save and quit to the title screen, the option to change your look will be there.

You'll automatically get to remake you and your pawn when you start NG+.

You can also go to the merchant next to the riftstone in the encampment - for 5000 RC you can buy a one time redesign of you and your pawn (accessed from the main menu), and in postgame for 10,000 RC you can buy an unlimited use redesign of you and your pawn.

You're right, the Art is always available. Secret is post-game.

And the Barbers in Gran Soren on a sliding Gold Fee depending on how much change you want to make.. Hair and brow color, skin color and a few others. Not a total re-roll but definitely a make over is possible.
