EDIT: That said, if the content is actually unlocked once licensing is obtained, then rock on.
If you're referring to the "same content" as the Berserk armor being in, then no, it's not in there. The FAQ answers this. Search function.

Since the console had mods anyway I'm sure it'll be easy enough for someone to rip the models and replace something else no one bothers with like the Melorian set or the Bronze set into the Swordsman/White Hawk set anyway. Licensing ain't got no barriers for the modding community.
They'd have to model swap I think, they couldn't just add the items back into the game, if you put them on your rented pawn it might cause issues for people renting them without that particular mod.
Either way it didn't really effect me since I've always been partial to the Red Leather armour set with the Alchemickal Cloak + Sultry Hood combo, but...I've seen waaay too many Fighter pawns named Guts to know that a lot of people were dissapointed, lol.
