Yep, you can learn everything. So can your pawn, not including the hybrid vocations.

You can learn every skill, but (afaik) only augments can be used by different vocations once learned.

disipline points are seperate from xp...and you can just keep getting them forever....however your stats stop going up once you hit max level...and different classes give different stat boosts per level.

Magick Archer, Mystic Knight, and Assassin. Pawns can't be those or learn any skills/augments that are only available to learn while set as that vocation.

Assassin (Fighter + Strider), Magick Archer (Strider + Mage) and Mystic Knight (Fighter + Mage) are the three hybrid vocations.

It doesn't matter that much. Gear contributes the most to your stats

Well, since you're playing assasin, your physical attack and stamina will be rather good, however, you only get average hp per level up, and very poor magical attack, and all around defense. So if you were to change your class to a magic one later on, you would deal very low damage. That can be balanced with proper gear uprade though. So just do what you heart tells you. Wait, a dragon stole it. ♥♥♥♥.

You can make a mage buff your weapon before a fight by tapping the d pad to the right. Not sure what the KB button is.

Doing this will encourage the utilitarian inclination. If a mage has that, then they are a lot better at setting a buff.

Either find a pre-enchanted weapon or use an enchantment skill yourself (if your current vocation has any). While enhancing gear may add some properties (like Torpor for Rusted weapons), you can't add any kind of permanent enchantments to weapons on your own.

Slight correction, you want to do Left on the D-pad if you care about the Utilitarian inclination (while in battle, out of battle encourages Medicant). Right encourages Nexus or Guardian, iirc. Either way unless your pawn is only a couple hours old it's such a small amount that you'd have to spam the button for at least ten minutes for it to make a difference.
