I didnt talk to Aelinore during Come to Court quest.
So her quest line became unavailable. I blame game's single save system. Is there any way to correct that? Maybe some console command? Dont want to start a new game.

This isn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Skyrim. There is no console at all, no commands or cheats. Suck it up and play the game or stop now and forever.

Only way to do a quest you missed or failed is to either start over from the beginning or go into New Game+.

Not sure about console command but this is why I look at this one guide on steam so I never miss a missable quest. I recently restarted because of this and now I'm glad I'm past the point where I was before.

My question is, "how did you find out about missing that quest? Did you look it up online? And if so, and if you're the type of person who doesn't want to miss quests, why weren't you following a guide from the beginning? Why did you suddenly start looking things up online at a point far enough in the main storyline where you could miss things?"

.. I mean, my multiple questions are.

If you didn't talk to her when the cutscene zoomed in on her, then you missed her entire questline. You might be able to salvage the playthrough if you load a previous checkpoint but how far it takes it you back (and also how much progress you lose) depends on when was the last time you rested at an inn or entered a riftstone. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until NG+ to try again.

it not an issue if you miss it just finish the main questline how ever you would play then worry about the missed quests when you go into new game plus

I missed her because just before the cutscene I talked to Fedel and he asked me to meet him in the garden at night (to start The Conspirators quest). So I thought the cutscene referred to him. I usually look up a quest guide for important quests but this time missed a part of it.
So you went bros before hos. Now you gotta live with it.

Don't do that quest if you didn't do the fallen quest or else you miss that quest too.

She is a little rat.
She will send you to a dungeon for some "good overnight time", right after you save her from the crazy duke, just to cover her rear from a suspicion of adultry. And then will run to you crying and asking to forgive her.
Bleh-bleh-bleh. Little manipulative ♥♥♥♥♥.
She is not worth pursuing. I am doing her quests purely for EXP.
