How do i use blink strike?

On keyboard and mouse how do you use blink strike? All i see is light and heavy attack then shield summon But supposedly i have blink strike equipt

IF you have blink strike equipped, then I assume it is a melee skill.
This would be Ctrl to use sword attacks and alt for shield. You can remap the keys if it is funky.

Hold control or alt. If you don't see it then you need to talk to the guy to set your skills
