Legion's Might or a lot more Magic ?
Okay so I am at the point where the auto resurrection staff for my mage pawn (Legion's Might) is VERY underpowered compared to other staves I have found.

From a perspective of an Arisen renting a pawn, which is more important ?

1> Almost doubling Magic (yes the different is starting to become that extreme) or
2> A pawn that revives itself (so effectively can't be killed)

Considering you can raise your pawns yourself with minimal effort, I don't see the point of the staff.

If the mage is pure support, i dont see why she would need more magic. Then again Legions might is more of a convenience then anything.

because....you can get all 3 mage and see them play around while you stand on a ledge far away...lol...and you dont even need to go rescue them since they ressurect by themself hahahaha

if youre pure support then theres no reason to switch, then again people may not know too much about healing and magic damage so you might get less random hires and for me personally i like a mage who attacks because im pure physical and need the help with living armors and such

She does have 2 attack abilities (apart from the innate staff attacks of course) - the lightning whip, and the frost AOE. Her staff has an innate Fire enchant and she can buff Holy so she's got the elemental spectrum covered damage wise.

She's designed as primarily a healer, buffer, and debuff remover but that isn't necessarily the way every will want to use her :D

I have a lvl 200 pawn and a fully upgraded top BBI staff for her but I still use Legion's Might since the buffs and healing sadly don't benefit from magic power.

Yeah that's what I was thinking :D I am about half your level, how useful is a bit of extra damage from your Mage pawn at 200 ?

You don't use a mage for damage, you use it for buffs/debuffs/enchantments

Legion's might is the best mage staff in the game

It's not, really. I leveled her as a sorc and she did good damage then but mages... are not really good at that. Maybe she could be of some help with wraiths and living armor but if you know you're going to meet living armor then take a sorcerer. (Or be a MK and pwn it)

Thanks for the advice all, I suspect I will stick with Legion's Might.

Your pawn is a support mage so there's literally no need to give it any damage whatsoever. Legion's Might is the best staff you can possibly use on a support pawn.
