How do I make a pawn drink elixir?
I want my pawn to change his inclinations and such, but I don't know how to force this down his throat.

If I put the elixirs in his inventory, I can't tell him to use it, and while it is in my inventory, only I can use it.

Or does me using it affect him?

Yes. Use it yourself.
P.S.: You might have to use the elixir several times to change the inclination.

You use it on yourself and it says "Pawn's inclination changed" or something of the sort

does it change the primary or secondary?

each one has a value, and an elixer adds points to the value the elixer is for. The highest value gets primary, the second highest gets secondary. Keep giving them elixers until they are at the ones you want.
