A Fortress Besieged Bug?

All the goblins are defeated, the allies are inside the castle, but nothing's happening. They're just standing there. The main door is locked and all enemies are defeated.

I think mine bugged. I killed everything. Below and above and the chieftain. The only thing left is the small goblins that keep spawning from the two holes in the ground. But I have been here for 40+ m and they keep coming out 1-3 at a time. But the quest won't proc.

if one of the soldiers dies then the goblins become infinite and you have to go back to gran soren
