What do those question marks above heads mean?
I wasn't paying attention in tutorial, but I see them everywhere. When I talk to them its like two sentences and thats it.

They either have information about your current quest or have a quest for you.

If you are talking about NPCs then some of those are ones you have accepted a quest from and they are waiting for you to bring a item back, they will say comething brief abotu the qust if you talk to them.

Hopefully I got it right, someone else might want to correct me on this.

Green = That NPC have a quest for you.
Yellow = That NPC have information or is connected to one of your quests (not the one you are tracking though).
Red = Same as yellow but it only applies to the quest you are tracking at the moment

I also think if your pawn(s) have a Red ? over their head they have information about this quest to share. Kinda like hints if I remember correctly.
