Anyway if they act like other bulletin board quests, they shouldn't expire, but depending on where the quest pick-ups for them are, some of them may become physically inaccessible later on.
There was a bit of a demand for players who play offline to be able to get some RC of their own and I guess this DLC pack (bundled with the Dark Arisen I.E PC version by default) was the answer to that.
The reward for that quest, and collecting all 100 badges, adds up to a lot of RC. You can also keep the badges and whack out all the quests repeatedly in subsequent NG+ playthroughs to rapidly gain RC if you wanted - you could probably even use the hard mode reset trick to do it as often as you needed until you were an RC millionaire or whatever.
If you ask someone nicely, or simply get lucky with your pawn being hired, you can get boatloads of RC from them, especially if someone drags them through Bitterblack Isle.
Basically there's not a lot of point in doing them at this point other than for the fun of it, if you like to feel like you've done everything the game has to offer, or something like that. I have no idea if the quests fail at any point based on main quest progress like other side quests, but I doubt it. They're not "true" side quests as the game might recognise them, more akin to an "opportunity" or a "contract" or whatever you want to call it, like all noticeboard quests. They'll probably all fail when you finish the main quest for obvious reasons, though.
Some of them might not even become available to accept until you make enough progress down the main quest anyway, actually.
To me, I got 1M + RC so not really worrier about.
But here's something: you can gain your vocation points by completing different quests, so that maybe your point to do all these. Just a thought.
I do wish you could take more than six instances of the quests at once, though. Having to go back to the Pawn Guild every time in order to stock up on six more is also quite annoying, though I guess I can see the point in kind of limiting how much you have in hands so you don't feel overwhelmed (maybe it would have sufficed to allow you to gather new From a Different Sky quests from any notice board, perhaps by adding a new tab dedicated to them, accessed by tapping R1/L1).
