List of quests that get canceled with progression?

Does anyone know of a list that shows you which quests get canceled if you progress. For example the quest lost and found gets canceled if you progress far enough in the story, and that quest if canceled will lock you out of an area in witchwood. Wondering if there are other quests like this?

Click on Stage 1, Stage 2, etc in the table and it will take you to a page listing all the quests and which ones get cancelled during or at the end of the stage.

-edit- Oh hey, Tramstamp's link is way better than my suggestion. I somehow never went to the Sidequests page the last year or so. It looks much better now than I remember it.

The one Pl0w put up is the best one to follow, it shows them in order and when to do the main quests as well, I used it on console and I will be using it on this as well :D
