Wayyyyyy too much Gold for this?
Hi all,

I discovered that I had some Items in my warehouse. So I wanted to sell them... and just wanted to ask if it's intended that the Monocle can be selled for 300.000 Gold??

Isn't that extremly huge to just get it for free? I don't remember picking up the moncole somewhere. It just was in my Warehouse.

It's a DLC item given to you for free for buying the port.

It was originally a DLC item which you had to pay real money for, that's probably the reason. It's possible you can never get it back if you sell it in this version... Not that it's really useful, but gold isn't that useful either.

Sell it, unless you want to wear it. I do it all the time; sell it that is :D

300,000 goes faster than you might think later on. It's not as drastic as people make it out to be... I'd just keep the item.

It's really not that much money. You'll spend it all by lvl 20 or so unless you happen to find more rare loot .

Ah ok.

Well, I won't sell it anyway, because it even feels like cheating to get so damn much Gold for nothing.

Also I don't like that the "DLC" - Items give that much Gold :steamfacepalm:

If you sell it, you can buy it back at the merchant from the Black Cat. For something around 400k, if I saw it correctly yesterday.

Ah ok. Im still Lv 13 or something like that, and I just thought it was a huge amount of Money (maybe because im a poor brat)

I'm l.15 on hard and i have nearly 200k gold, just about to hit gran soren. Don't worry about it, it's just a minor convenience from the DLC for players who have finished the game before.

I sold it. It's good to have lots of gold because enhancing items is the fastest way to increase damage and defense and it gets expensive with every tier of item enhancement. You'll eventually reach a tier where the item enhancement can cost 50k. XD

As others have said, that's not that much money at all really. To put it into perspective, on Hard Mode, every creature (particularly wolves I've noticed) has a fairly high chance of dropping a bag of 10,000 Gold. Late game especially, but even mid game, you're going to need like a gajillion gold for gear and upgrades.

it's not tat much. Kill a few goblins and wolves on hard mode and you will receive that amount of gold.
Vega Jan 16, 2016 @ 11:39am
Just sell it and use it for gear. If you want it for a collection later, just buy it off the black cat, the guy that does forgeries.
