What is holy buff good against?
And why is fire better against zombies than holy?

Lots of enemies, because it's a rare element resistance. Good against undead too.

The only holy-resistant gotta be Cursed Dragons, Giant Saurian Sages, Death, Dark Bishop etc..

Holy buff is actually the strongest from what I remember in the PS3 version mostly because there are very few enemies that are actually resistant to it.

You know this dungeon with this weird ass bigger version of a troll? as well as skeletons. they seem to not give a ♥♥♥♥ for holy. difference to dark buff?

Holy is the "go to" element when you have nothing else, fire is good against a lot of things other than zombies, it's mostly used as a defense breaker.

Fire is the best enchantment for early game. Goblins, humans, and wolves are your main enemies.

Holy is the best for late game. You'll be fighting dragons and other mythical creatures, and holy damage tends to be their weakness.

Fire is mostly better, except for the last part of the game with Hellhounds and dragons. Note that The Dragon is strong against holy too, so choose something else for that.

You need to edit their skills to disable elements you don't want. They also should learn over time which element to use for given enemies.
