Does this game level scale enemies or items?

Hi, I would like to know does this game have any sort of level scaling mechanics.

NOPE! It's great! Monsters in different areas will have diffent strength, but if you were to encounter a troll at level 1 then again at 50 the fight will get easier, due to better gear and stats. I played on PS3 and made it to lvl 123, I was juicing fools.

Well at level 200 you're done with the game. If you want to replay it just copy your .sav to desktop and start a new character. Level scaling is terrible due to every enemy being the same.
