It also depends on your knowledge about the game, which isn't as relevant in games like FO4/Witcher 3.
Lets say i am in the middle, i like to explore but not basically everything in the world in every corner, and i am asking about the main story, with no rushing just playing and occasionaly doing side quests.
At least 50 that's for sure, as long as you end up enjoying the game. But then there's also the expansion which is going to add at least 10 more hours. I spent roughly 30% of my time with DD:DA on the PS3 in the expansion area.

• Main Story: 41½ Hours
• Main + Extras: 61½ Hours
• Completionist: 103 Hours
• Speed Run: 4 Hours
[edit - whoops, borked that]
Yeah, it'll take a long time first run through because new.
Yeah i saw those i just wanted to hear from people that have actually finished the game, it even says that you need 22hrs to finish fallout 4 story but it actually around 15hrs.
Realistically, if you ignore all sidequests, I'd guess more like 15-20 hours on your first playthrough.
If a game has no branching storyline i never do 2 or 3 runs, i see no point of it.
The storyline is not really why you play this game.

That'll give you an idea of what happens after completing the main story. There are spoilers though.
