How long is the main story?
Just wondering how many hrs is the main story? Lets compare it with fallout 4(wich was short) and than with witcher 3(wich was decently long)

Totally depends on how you play it, rush it and you'll be done in 20-30, take your time and it'll last you 100+ hours.

It also depends on your knowledge about the game, which isn't as relevant in games like FO4/Witcher 3.

Lets say i am in the middle, i like to explore but not basically everything in the world in every corner, and i am asking about the main story, with no rushing just playing and occasionaly doing side quests.

At least 50 that's for sure, as long as you end up enjoying the game. But then there's also the expansion which is going to add at least 10 more hours. I spent roughly 30% of my time with DD:DA on the PS3 in the expansion area.

I see you're looking for "How Long Is The Main Story", here's what I found:

http://howlongtobeat.com/game.php?id=2846

• Main Story: 41½ Hours
• Main + Extras: 61½ Hours
• Completionist: 103 Hours
• Speed Run: 4 Hours

[edit - whoops, borked that]

There's a speedrun mode. You people are really blowing up the time required.

Yeah, it'll take a long time first run through because new.

Yeah i saw those i just wanted to hear from people that have actually finished the game, it even says that you need 22hrs to finish fallout 4 story but it actually around 15hrs.

ussually im complete game around 180 hours, 70 hours first playtrough 110 hours new game + hard mode. Normal play story focused take around 50-60 hours on first time playing.

It's really not that long i was able to do the main quest and all the side quests i know which is probaly 3/4 of them and complete pne playthrough in 15 hours on console the game isn't that long but has a lot of replay value in my mind.

On NG+, skipping all cutscenes and dialogue, ignoring all side quests, doing the bare minimum required number of story quests, I see speed-runs of less than 20 minutes (not counting load time).

Realistically, if you ignore all sidequests, I'd guess more like 15-20 hours on your first playthrough.

Hmm..dont sure if someone able to kill some bosses after 15 hours of playing in first time playthrough...level 50 is optimal for story end bosses

I went through the main quests pretty quickly, did most of the sidequests, only two or three notice board quests, and didn't go to BBI at all in my first run and it took about 30 hours. Take your time over two or three runs and you can easily get 100+ hours.

If a game has no branching storyline i never do 2 or 3 runs, i see no point of it.

The storyline is not really why you play this game.

That'll give you an idea of what happens after completing the main story. There are spoilers though.
