No Multiplayer?

Come on Capcom. What is your hesitance about setting up a server to allow for Online Multiplayer with your games?

*sigh*

You know what? I'm not even mad, it took them how long to even give the West Online Multiplayer for Monster Hunter 4U (Which was.. what? the 5th title released since the original Monster Hunter; which did have online multiplayer)

Maybe the fifth Dragon's Dogma they'll finally get it right. Fingers crossed.

Until then, I'll pass on giving them my money.

Dragons DOgma doesn't has any Online Multiplayer to begin with.... Or am i wrong? Not even on console.. or do you mean dragons dogma online? witch is a totally diferent game?

Dragon's dogma online is a totally different game. This game was never made with multiplayer in mind. It was always made to be a single player game that encouraged a community through a pokemon like trading mechanic.

Dragons dogma online is for that purpose. I wish people would stop wishing for EVERY damn game ever to have multiplayer. They seem to think that its just as easy as "press add online mode button".

Opinions varies. Dark Souls games(similar games) have co-op(if I'm not mistaken) and people enjoy it a great deal. So, I think that's why OP figures it'd have been better with Co-op or some sort of online play.

I couldnt care less if this game had multiplayer or not, as long as it was optional.
However, I don't understand the recent obsession with everything having a multiplayer component, are people just scared of being alone for a few hours? Are they entirely fuelled by social interaction, leaving them unable to function if left to their own devices? Do people not appreciate some peace and quiet every now and then?
