"Justice Done": should I kill the leader?
Does it have any consequences for the story if I kill the leader of Salvation? What happens if I kill him, and what happens when I let him go?

U can kill him now if you want. The dude (Mason?) that is there with you can give you a quest/mission later if you kill him. I think if you let him go Mason will not be happy about it.

No matter if you kill him or spare him he will die after you leave room. Mason will kill him and he will say that you are not worthy to do business in future with him.
First time i played i killed him because he was evil i was more like punisher than batman
