Moonbeam gem location in BBI - SPOILERS

Hello everyone,

I am looking for the second moonbeam gem that is in the top third of BBI. The first one was where the blogs said it would be in The Warrior's Respite.

The second one is *supposed* to be at the northern edge of the poison stream on the first floor where the gore cyclops is chained to the wall, in a little alcove with a skeleton. It was not there for me.

I have not gone very far yet into the second third of BBI, so I was hoping there was still a second gem somewhere in the top third. Can someone tell me where it is?

Tower of Treasons Repaid is the last area before the Forsaken Cathedral (where you face the Dark Bishop). Do not confuse it with Midnight Helix, even though they use the same basic map layout.
