Enhancing Gear - 1, 2, 3 Stars

I looked for this question to see if it was already posted and could not find it. I apologize if this is a repeat.

Should you always enhance gear to 1 star, then 2 stars, then 3? Does this progression enhance the gear better than if you can just jump the gear straight from zero to 3 stars?

Or, if you can go straight to 3 star gear, is it the same as if you progressed through all levels?

its pretty much the same afaik. although not really sure cuz i always jump straight to dragonforged xD

Going straight to step 3 saves you money and materials. No reason not to.

although there is a higher percent chance to dragon forge a level 3 item then a 1 star , i only one star stuff and then dragon forge it saves alot of money and rare items that way

Which is great end game, but if you're new enough that you're asking this question, I doubt you're farming offline Ur or cursed dragons.

Skip from 0 to 3 stars everytime if you can. After that you are forced along the progression of Dragonforging then Silver and Gold Rarifying. No skipping at that point so may as well shorten the steps as much as you can. Though that also becomes moot point once you can take down Cursed Dragon's reliably. One star anything and bring a bait meat then do the double Cursed Dragon's and everything regardless of star levels will likely be Dragonforged(It's 40% chance with no stars then goes up to 55%, 65%, and 75% for each additional star).

Like someone said, try to go to 3 stars directly as much as posible. If for some reason you can't due to lacking some pretty rare materials, get the 1 star upgrade at least. Just in case you face a dragon of some kind, that way you have a tiny chance to get it dragonforged. Better to have one chance in life than no chance at all.
