Getting 3* on bestiary,worth it?
I'm currently at level 139,and my pawn is a Sorcerer.
She has 2* on most stuff, and 3* on some.
Now my question is,is it worth to get 3 stars on all enemies? Does it really matter that much or is it just for "completion"?
I'm curious because I kinda want to get 3* on all to try and get people to hire her more often, but I don't really know if it matters that much, and its kind of a huge grind to get there for me.

Why though.
Does the pawn just, lets say,use the better spells for each enemy?

they fight better overall, target weaknesses better and so on. this and inclinations are key to making a good pawn.

it is however a grind, a brutal brutal grind.

I'd suggest looking up the wiki requirements or asking people hunting for thier 3rd star to hire you

Oh,I see,then I guess its worth it.
Considering I already have the best gear, there's not really much left to do.
But anyway, thanks for the quick response man.

Based on what you've said, I don't see the point unless you're a determined completionist.

If you indicated a desire to continue playing with you and/or your pawn as a different vocation, then it would make sense as the RC from increased rentals could help you gear faster. But since you've already reached the end, have the best things, and can't find much else to do with the game anymore (as you say), then the potential rewards for maxing bestiary seem irrelevant.

Yeah,that's kinda true,I'm not the most determined completionist,but hey,I reallly like this game,so yeah,dunno.

Also, what I kinda want to do is go fighter or warrior for some time, but I don't have the best gear for them,so I might need the RC for that (I spent like,600k RC trying to get Carrion claws lmao)

I can agree with proteus, if you feel you beat the game, then your solid. the nice thing about this game is overall it's a single player game. set it down for a bit, check on your pawn rents every now and then. kill some stuff when u get the itch again. your beastiary is likely to fill for you if your getting the rents.

At the end of the day, it's all gilding the lily.

Your pawn will never solo anything hard. Sure, it's nice when it has enough brainpower to shoot a bow at the golem's medallions or stick a finger in the cyclops' eye... but for the most part, the hard enemies (where vulnerable spots matter) are primarily your job.

Unless your pawn derps hard vs. some enemies (i.e. casts non-physical spells at a golem or shoots ice at snow harpies or dark at undead), two stars is enough for them to behave sensibly and lend enough of a hand.

I see.

But anyway,my pawn isn't dumb, and she generally uses the right spells against the enemies,so I don't really have a problem there.

The pawn will still be clinicaly braindead, but he might hit some weak spot a bit more frequently and they will probably enchant your weapon correctly acording to enemy weakness.
But in the end, when it matters, you will still do all the work.

this is untrue. my pawn currently solos BBI and can even handle the room with 2 chained goreclops solo (to be fair I hang out enchanting it's weaps) dragons take a bit longer and the only real issues it has is with flying bosses (the bishop) and uneven terrain, for some reason uneven ground and stairs cripple my pawn. I imagine this is mostly due to pathing issues.

aside from that you can make a very viable pawn that does most of the work for you, if you pump up that knowledge and set them up right.

it's hard to find a cookie cutter mold for pawns though, so many varients and mixed opinions. in the end it comes down to experimenting and patience.
