What's the single best use for Maker's Finger?

Let's say, hypothetically, you created a fresh save and had the Maker's Finger right from the start. It would also be the only one you would get in this and all subsequent playthroughs on that save. How would you use it?

No save scumming for early game dragonforging.

Skipping the fight with Grigori because it's honestly kind of bland and tedious.

Killing a loli with 300000G is a bit expensive.

Go to BBI at low level in hardmode with double xp weal and use it on condemned gorecyclops? They can be one shot, and bring you pretty decent amount of xp (only less than death and daimon) for a couple of levels.

I bought it on console and shot a Maneater with it.

Way more than 300,000 gold worth of hate was behind that arrow.
