Richochet is very devistating to death, elder orgres, and many others.

Ninefold is probly going to be most used.

If you are going more magick than strength, for daggers you will want reballancer and probably shadowshackle.

Mag Archer does very good in BBI

Augments that start with "A"
acuity
attunement
awareness
and there is another (faster spells)

I don't think magnitude works properly

I use daggers for physical damage and the bow for magic. Immolation/Hundred Kisses are useful for golems and wyrms/wyverns, and I have Instant Reset for defense. You could also use Magick Rebalancer if you want to save on demon priapts. Sixfold, Ricochet Hunter and Explosive Rivet (useful for cursed dragons) are my main bow skils.

For augments I have the one that reduces casting time, the four that boost strength/magic, and opportunism, which increases strength while clinging onto an enemy. Opportunism can be replaced by whatever you need, like Leg-strength.

I have read somewhere that Immolation is actually physical damage, is it true?
And thanks, on daggers I will play around see want fits my style.
I just have hope blonde chick will open shop after not escorting her.

I have a MA that is almost level 200 right now.

My main skills I use are:
*Melee - Immolation, Thousand Kisses, and usually Biting Wind. I do like Shadowshackle and several of the other options though, I just really enjoy BW. I heard a lot of good things about the Scension line, but I never got into it. The first two are complete locks for me.

*Ranged - Ricochet Shot is godly for close quarters, Hunter Bolt is fantastic when I know I'm going up vs large monsters (especially great for almost auto forcedowns on flying creatures), Explosive Rivet and Sixfold Bolt are used a lot. Melee pawns can set off Rivet, so shoot them where they are attacking for auto-explosions.

I use BBI rings to improve Immolation, Kisses, and Sixfold Bolt. Swapping them around depending on what I think I'm going to use.

Augments: My most used ones are the quicker casting times from sorc (and the wyrmking ring), the improved climbing/monster grappling augments you can get from BBI and various classes, and the fighter/warrior improved str augments coupled with the mage/sorc magic augments. Clout and Acuity are so good. I play a really balanced version of MA where I stab as much as a shoot, if you are going way more archer then fighter/warrior stuff probably is less important. You can clear BBI as a melee heavy MA or a ranged heavy MA. I really enjoy Predation when I'm not running with a Mage, and I friggin love Restoration from the Mystic Knight although you can use a Wanderlust Ring or mass potions instead. I just love it's ease of use in BBI where pawns just seem to constantly catch a bad one-hit-kill or Dragons Roar. If you like running with a support mage I'd say it's pretty useless though.

Gear: Well, I'm in pretty much end game stuff right now but there were a few items I used for a long time. I LOVED the Lion's Spine arm plating with the Vagabond armor, the ancient circlet and/or laurel circlet from the Black Cat is fantastic for resists, I used the Striker Greaves from Reynard for a long time until I got Assault Boots and then BBI armor, and I pretty much just kept up with whatever was the best str daggers or magic bow I could get at the time.

For clothing, if you are a female, you will probably use the Maidens stuff (Madelines shop after the Idol) for a long time. As a male MA I wore Evening Tights (Caxton) and a Bliaut (also Caxton) for a long time. I used a ridiculous amount of cloaks and capes, but Tattered Mantle is probably my favorite once it gets dragonforged.

Yeah, Immolation is physical damage.

LvL 200 Min/Max MA Archer here.
lvl 1-10 Mage
11-200 Sorcerer

Skills
9/6 Folt
ricochet
4x conq buff

Augs are best used on defence stuff
I can literally get smashed by 3 dragons at the same time for like 1 damage on hard.

On daggers I go with pure strength and use immolation/hundred kisses/free space.
On bow I go with highest magick and use explosive rivet/richochet hunter/ninefold bolt.
